BOOKING, RETAINER & PAYMENT POLICY

 

• All bookings must be made no later than 4 to 6 weeks prior to event date. To guarantee your date you MUST pay a $475 nonrefundable retainer fee to guarantee your event.

 

• In the event of cancellation, if you reschedule your event within 30 days of original event date, all monies will be transferred to new date.

 

• Retainer fee is paid through invoices ONLY via PayPal, Cash App, Chime or Cash when doing face to face contract signing.

 

• Contracts and Invoices are sent via email, you have 3 days from date of invoice to make initial retainer fee, after that the invoice and contract will be VOIDED.

 

• Revisions can be made no more than 3 days after retainer fee is received; any changes made after that is subject to a $50 charge that will be added to the balance that is due. Any changes or additions must be made with the express written consent through email or text message, verbal agreements will not be considered binding.

 

• The venue must be opened and ready for setup upon arrival (including tables/chairs) Staff will not sit no more than 30 minutes to wait for venue to open, the delay will affect your setup.

 

• Please allow up to 6 hours for setups and at least 2 hours for breakdown, we are NOT responsible for disposing of trash left on tables, floors garbage cans and bathrooms

 

PAYMENTS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

 

• Payments can be made weekly, biweekly or monthly until balance is paid in full.

• Balances MUST be paid 1 month prior to the event date - plan accordingly

• If final balance is not received your event could be subject to cancellation.

 

ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL RETAINER FEE HAD BEEN PAID AND CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED! NO ORDER WILL BE COMPLETED WITHOUT FINAL PAYMENT.
